Returns and refunds
For online purchases, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Email info@doonails.se with your order number and the items concerned. You do not need to give a reason.
You pay return postage for a change of mind. We may deduct for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. The cancellation right does not apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
We refund using your original payment method, including any standard outbound delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of posting, whichever is earlier. Extra costs for a premium delivery service are not refundable.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Faulty goods may qualify for rejection and a refund within 30 days, or repair or replacement afterwards. Contact us with details; photographs can help us assess the issue. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods.
30-day money-back guarantee
The money-back guarantee advertised on our product pages is additional to your statutory rights. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number to request help under the guarantee.
